SJLWT Volunteers clean up habitats, test our streams, blaze trails, and make a huge impact in protecting our natural lands. We love our volunteers!
The South Jersey Land & Water Trust offers many opportunities to get involved in protecting our natural lands and waterways. Join one of our volunteer teams, sign up as a general volunteer to be notified of all our volunteer opportunities, or just drop in at one of our upcoming volunteer events. Thank you for donating your time to protect New Jersey's environment!
Our Volunteer Teams
Join the fight against plastic pollution! As a member of our Cleanup Crew, you'll help pick up debris around various parks and natural habitats in New Jersey. Our Cleanup Crew keeps our natural spaces beautiful, clean, and green!
Our Stream Team protects the water around New Jersey. As a Stream Team member, you'll help us test local streams to evaluate their water quality. We also offer training opportunities for those new to stream testing!
Build trails, pick up debris, and work on various habitat-protection projects at the Oldmans Creek Preserve! Our OCP Team helps to beautify the OCP and ensure that it remains pristine for all the plants and wildlife that live there.
