Things To Do at
Oldmans Creek
What can you look forward to do while at Oldman's Creek Preserve? Read below to see some examples of what you can do while exploring the property.
Hike The Trails!
- We have over half a dozen trails of various lengths that allow you to explore different habitats and environments. Explore one or explore them all!
Walk The Maze!
- Enjoy the peaceful maze by following its route and find the path to the center where you can relax, meditate, or simply view the nature around you.

Canoe or Kayak the Oldmans Creek!
- Bring your canoe or kayak and explore Oldmans Creek! Which way is the water flowing? Oldmans Creek is tidal so water could be flowing in either direction or it could be still if the tide is changing. You can also sit on the dock and enjoy watching the current and the wildlife along the waters edge.
Note: The dock is less than 1/8th of a mile from the parking lot, but transporting your canoe or kayak is easier with a wheeled carrier of some kind.

Enjoy Nature!
-How many plants and animals in the OCP Nature Guide can you find? Perhaps record what you see in a journal.
